AUCTION DATES: Bidding opens April 20th at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time and lots begin closing at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on April 25th.
PICK-UP LOCATION & DATES: 259 S. 700 W. Winamac, IN 46996, Friday, April 26th (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time).
WE ARE ONLY OFFERING SHIPPING ON SMALLER ITEMS AT THE RATE OF $10.00 PER BOX PLUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. IF YOU NEED SHIPPING PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU BID. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE YOU. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR IN FULL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPERS DAMAGING ITEMS IN TRANSPORT. If you need assistance trucking larger items we will try to help you find someone.
TITLED ITEMS: Titles will be sent out 10 business days after the close of the auction. All titles will be assigned to someone. NO OPEN TITLES WILL BE HANDED OUT.
We will have loaders at the pickup site during loadout times to assist you in loading larger items. We charge a 5% buyer’s premium. We will also be charging 7% sales tax unless you are tax exempt and are willing to complete a tax exempt form. There is a 3% charge for credit card purchases.
